Kalanchoe thyrsiflora, known as the paddle or flapjack plant. A rosette of flat rounded leaves, greyish green, edged in strong red in full sun.
A full-sun succulent to keep dry: a light watering once the compost is completely dry, and almost none in winter.
Note: Kalanchoe thyrsiflora and Kalanchoe luciae are very similar and are often sold for one another; they can only be told apart with certainty in flower.
