Description
Ceramic bowl arrangement A ready-to-place arrangement: six to ten succulents and small cacti set in a glazed ceramic bowl and mulched with decorative gravel. Echeveria with blushing rosettes, Crassula, Sedum and columnar cacti all share the same needs — plenty of light, very little water. Light: as bright as possible; a few hours of direct sun are welcome. Without light the rosettes stretch and lose their shape. Watering: every 2 to 3 weeks in summer, once a month or less in winter. Water at the base, never into the rosettes, and always empty the saucer. Care: the bowl has no drainage hole — measure water by the glass rather than the watering can. Pets: mixed arrangement. Echeveria and Sedum are not toxic, but Crassula is toxic to cats and dogs (vomiting, lethargy), and the cacti are a genuine spine hazard for a curious nose. Place it up high.
